1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using Sổ Tiền Hôm Nay, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not continue using the app.
2. Purpose of the app
Sổ Tiền Hôm Nay helps individuals, household businesses and freelancers record income, expenses and debts in a simple way. Results depend on the data you enter and are for reference and personal management only.
The app is not a bank, e-wallet, payment service, certified accounting software, or a financial, tax or legal advisor. It does not verify real transactions, invoices, tax obligations or your account balances.
3. License to use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use the app on eligible devices, consistent with these terms and app store rules.
You may not copy, resell, rent, distribute without authorization, tamper with security, reverse-engineer or exploit the source code, trademarks and assets of the app, except where mandatory law permits.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Entering, checking and keeping information accurate.
- Verifying amounts yourself before making business or financial decisions.
- Protecting your device, unlock codes and backups.
- Not entering other people’s data without a lawful basis.
- Not using the app for fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, privacy violations or unlawful activity.
5. Data and backups
The app is offline-first and your book data is stored on the device. You understand that losing, damaging, changing or resetting the device; uninstalling the app; clearing data; hardware failure or mistaken actions may cause data loss.
You are responsible for creating, checking and keeping backups if your app version offers this feature. We do not promise to restore data that was never sent to or stored on our systems.
6. Free and Premium
- The Free plan provides the free feature scope and category count shown in the app.
- The Premium plan expands usage per the content, price and conditions shown at purchase time.
- The current product setup is expected to include 5 income + 5 expense categories on Free and up to 15 income + 15 expense categories per profession on Premium.
- Premium is offered as Premium Lifetime — a one-time payment that does not renew periodically and is tied to a valid purchase on the relevant platform; this does not mean every future product, service or feature is provided free forever.
The actual price, taxes, currency and payment method are shown by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm the purchase.
7. Purchase restore and platform differences
Premium can be restored on a compatible device when you use the same store account that made the purchase and the transaction is still valid. Because the app has no account of its own, an App Store purchase does not automatically carry over to Google Play, and vice versa.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by the app store. Cancellation or refund conditions follow the policies of the Apple App Store, Google Play and the consumer-protection laws applicable where you reside. We cannot access your payment account or approve refunds on the store’s behalf.
9. Updates and service changes
We may fix bugs, improve security, change design, add, limit or discontinue a feature when needed. For important changes affecting purchased rights or data handling, we will provide appropriate information and comply with mandatory consumer rights.
Very old devices or operating systems may not receive all updates. You should use a supported app and operating-system version.
10. Intellectual property
The name Sổ Tiền Hôm Nay, logo, interface, content, source code, images and related assets are owned by or lawfully licensed to PX Apps and its respective licensors. Using the app does not transfer ownership of these assets to you.
11. Third-party services and links
The app or landing page may link to the App Store, Google Play or third-party support pages. We do not control all of the operation, content or availability of those services. Your use of them is also subject to the provider’s own terms.
12. Availability and warranty limits
We strive to keep the app stable and to compute correctly from the data entered, but we do not guarantee the app is always error-free, compatible with every device, or fit for every specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes the mandatory rights the law grants consumers.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from incorrect data entry, decisions based solely on in-app reports, lost or damaged devices, unauthorized access by others, lack of backups, or third-party service interruptions.
If the law does not allow excluding or limiting a specific liability, the above limitation does not apply to that portion of liability.
14. Suspension of use
We may restrict access to online components or terminate usage rights in cases of fraud, intellectual-property infringement, security tampering or serious breach of terms. This does not allow us to access or delete your local book on the device beyond the mechanisms of the operating system and the app.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Vietnam, without removing the mandatory protections consumers enjoy where they reside. Both parties prefer to resolve complaints through good-faith discussion; if no agreement is reached, disputes are handled by the competent authority or procedure.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product, app stores or the law. A new version will be published with its effective date. Continued use after the terms take effect is deemed acceptance to the extent the law allows.
